Once products leave Discover Bliss , all sales become final. Some products do not come with sanitary seals making it unsafe to put them back on the shelves.
Because skin can take some time to adjust to new products as well as to detox from any changes, it is best to allow 2-3 weeks of use to see how your skin truly takes on new items. Sometimes a few uses alone are simply not enough time to let the new products get to work. To ensure you get the right products and color matches for you, please email solange@discoverbliss.com for a FREE, custom consult before you order.
Canceled Orders
Because we ship so quickly, we unfortunately cannot cancel already placed orders. Please double check your cart before confirming the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or gift baskets (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
