For most of my life I have been drawn to health, beauty and wellness, but my journey to living a healthy, holistic lifestyle only really began 14 years ago when I was suffering with acne, digestive issues, allergies, fatigue, and skin sensitivities. (Trust me, I can relate to those of you going through this!) Through trial and error, I came to realize that it’s truly a Holistic approach to health that has improved my skin and my overall health.
